"Don Pancho’s Bakery is an absolute gem that I now find myself dreaming about. From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly young women behind the counter make you feel like you’ve stepped into a sitcom neighborhood bakery. The first time I visited, I ordered a tres leches cake and an Americano. Both were outstanding—the cake was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, and the coffee? Let’s just say I was hooked from that first scalding sip all the way to the last drop I finally savored hours later, after doing all the things moms do. 😄 Even cold, that Americano was still delicious. On our next trip through town, I went out of my way just to come back. I couldn't stop thinking about those flavors. This time, we couldn’t decide what to get—so we didn’t. We filled a basket with a variety of pastries and grabbed another coffee (of course). Each pastry was uniquely wonderful: soft, lightly sweet, clearly made with care and fresh ingredients. My child noticed right away—these aren’t your typical cloyingly sweet treats. These are the real deal—authentic, subtly sweet, and utterly perfect alongside a hot (or cold!) cup of coffee. We're already planning a special trip back tomorrow morning just to explore more of the menu. Don Pancho’s isn’t just a bakery—it’s an experience worth savoring."

"Cute open and bright bakery in a hip area of Rochester. We went late in the day so they didn't have everything, but they still had a good selection. Delicious and fresh pastries. No indoor seating, just outdoors. You grab a basket and tong and fill it up and check out."
